GenieCard LLC ("GenieCard") uses cookies and similar technologies on geniecard.ai, our admin portal, and public chat experiences. This policy explains what we use, why, and your choices.

- Firebase Authentication — maintains signed-in state
- Consent preference storage — remembers your cookie choices
Analytics (with consent)
- Sentry — error reporting and optional session replay (only loaded after consent where required)
We do not use third-party advertising cookies on core product surfaces by default.
5. Your choices
- Use the Cookie settings link in our footer to accept or reject non-essential categories.
- We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale/sharing/analytics where applicable.
- You can delete cookies via browser settings; strictly necessary cookies may be required for the Service to function.
6. Third-party cookies
Some subprocessors may set their own cookies when you interact with embedded flows (e.g., Stripe Checkout). See our Subprocessor List.

We will update this policy when our use of cookies changes materially.
